Massage Therapy Policy and Client Agreement – Please Read Before Booking Massage therapy is designed to relieve muscle tension and support wellness. These services are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you have health concerns, please speak to your doctor to confirm massage is safe for you. Our therapists are not medical professionals and cannot offer medical advice. By booking a session with The Traveling Massage Therapist (TTMTYYC), you agree to the following: 1. Client Responsibility Massage therapy is intended for relaxation and pain relief — it is not a substitute for medical care. Our therapists do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Clients should consult a doctor if they have any health concerns. 2. Health and Safety Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. Sessions will be ended immediately if the client arrives under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or prescription painkillers. 3. Respectful Conduct Any inappropriate, aggressive, or threatening behavior will result in the session ending immediately without refund. Police may be contacted if necessary. Clients may also end the session at any time if they feel uncomfortable. 4. Legal Terms By booking, clients waive liability for any injury, discomfort, or complications arising from massage services. This agreement is governed by Alberta law.
