What areas of Calgary do you travel to?
All of Calgary.
Do you travel to surrounding areas?
No, I restrict my services to the Calgary area only.
Are you certified?
Yes, I have 2200 hours and am a certified Thai massage therapist.
Can I use my healthcare benefits with your mobile services?
Yes, you'll be provided a receipt that you can submit to your insurance/health benefits.
Do you do direct billing?
No, you will have to submit your own receipts.
What areas of my body will be massaged?
Back, arms, legs, hands, feet, glutes, pecs, head, neck, jaw, and hips.
Do I have to remove my clothes?
Shorts or underwear are preferred. Thai massage is fully clothed with a looser fit.
What are the benefits of mobile massage?
I come to your home, no parking, no waiting, no traffic and a great massage!
How often should I book a treatment?
Every two weeks is best.
How much room do you require?
10ft by 6ft, but this is not absolute.
What type of lotion or oil do you use?
Hypoallergenic lotion, and fractionated coconut oil. If specified I can use different oils and/or lotions.
Will I experience pain during the massage?
It is possible, but it's totally up to you if you're feeling pain to let the therapist know. Pressure can be adjusted to your needs.
What should the client do if they are feeling unwell?
Reschedule once feeling better, if it falls within the 6 hour window, fee will be waved.
What are your hours of operation?
Mondays: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Tuesdays: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Thursdays: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Fridays: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

NOTE: 9:00 PM is the time of ending services, no booking at 9:00 PM will be available.
What is your cancellation policy?
$50 for no shows or rescheduling 6 hours prior to appointment.
What is your refund policy?
No refund, if once massage is complete and then client states they are unsatisfied.
If 30 minutes into treatment and not satisfied, then only $50 charge for travelling and time.
