Drinking enough water is essential for maintaining proper brain function. Dehydration can impair cognitive abilities such as attention, memory, and decision-making.


The brain is about 80% water, and adequate hydration supports the structure and function of brain cells.


Staying hydrated can enhance physical and mental performance, leading to improved productivity and overall well-being.



What are signs your not drinking enough water?

dark urine, dry mouth, fatigue, and headaches, and adjusting water intake accordingly.



Adding a pinch of salt to water can enhance hydration by promoting fluid retention and absorption in the body. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals who engage in strenuous physical activity or live in hot climates.


Try to keep hydrated through-out the day, 2 liters is the goal and more if your activity levels are higher.
