Super Shoulders Exercise

Good posture is more than just standing tall and looking confident; it is a crucial aspect of your overall health and well-being. Many problems can arise from poor posture and good posture is important for reasons listed below.


  1. strain and discomfort on muscles and joints

  2. boosting energy levels, a healthy you is a happy you :)

  3. improved breathing, posture can increase deep diaphragmatic

  4. enhances digestion and circulation

  5. reduces risk of injuries

  6. more attractive ( golem slouch is no good :P)



Here are some simple but effective excises to keep your shoulders back and strong


  1. Swimmers: 10 reps Lay face down somewhere comfortable, yoga mat or a blanket on the floor with lots of room for moving arms. bring shoulder back together squeezing (pretend you had a blood sucking insect burrowing into the middle of your back and you wanted it to be crushed). now begin by bringing your arms up in a snow angel/ jumping jack motion up towards your head and down towards your butt. nice, slow and controlled is the speed.

  2. Bent Arm: 10 reps

Same as above but elbows bent for more of a burn between shoulder blades


3. Circles: 10 reps alternate rotation

arms straight out shoulder blades together and circular motions forward then backwards
